Meet Rachael, the community manager for any co-working space, and Joe, who's a senior account manager for any marketing solutions company.
They were married around the 7 September in Clitheroe, Lancashire. The 8 September may be the couple's anniversary, and they also wanted to possess a whole weekend of celebrating both their wedding as well as their 12th year together.
"I love weddings coupled with a pretty good concept of what I didn't want already. I knew I wanted color and glitter with plenty of beautiful flowers. We didn't possess a set theme or color pallette I just hoped it might all get together."
The bridesmaids looked spectacular in navy blue bridesmaid dresses and rose gold sequin tops, that they wore using their selection of shoes, settling on a variety of rose silver and gold block heels.
"I bought girls different earrings each because they wouldn't have suited all of the same styles. I visited, that is an Australian brand, but they possess a shop in Manchester. They have wall-to-wall earrings and I spent ages choosing each girl some. I bought my sister a delicate silver bracelet having a charm attached to her to keep as she isn't as fussed about earrings. I bought this from the boutique close to our wedding venue."
Joe wore a handsome French navy suit from a white Oxford shirt, a toffee-colored knitted tie, and, black monk strap shoes.
The couple first met via Myspace and happen to be together since, with Joe proposing after 11 years together on Rachael's 28th birthday.
"We were out with friends that afternoon inside a sunny beer garden before we headed home to visit out for any surprise dinner. We were preparing and Joe was inspired to if we could take an Instax picture around the new camera he bought me."
"I went back upstairs to seize my bag and Joe said I should consider the picture as it had been a doozy. As I headed to the sofa where he'd placed it upside down, I turned it to find he'd taken another Instax also it read 'Marry me. I turned around and that he was on a single knee using the ring. It would be a genuine surprise. I was in shock as I hadn't seen it coming. We headed out as he'd booked dinner and that we celebrated only the two of all of our evening. It was the very best birthday ever!"
"My favorite parts from the day were: Seeing Rachael walk on the aisle towards me; the large cheer once we walked out while being covered in confetti, and then on, the dancefloor being full and everyone simply looking like these were having the very best time."
"Our photographer Dan is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. So friendly and simple going I just knew we'd to have him capture our day. I met Dan a couple of years back when I was helping plan photoshoots in Manchester and also got to see him firsthand and use him, that was amazing."
"I loved his style and felt it matched us very well. Everyone in the wedding loved him and also the compliments came flooding in once Dan posted a handful of sneak peeks online."
"We were pleased with everything we chose for the day, everything came together the way we wanted! I wouldn’t have changed anything aside from my worry about the silliest of things, like 'Will people such as the colors?' or 'Will they such as the flowers?'. I was so concerned about what everybody else would think."
Words of Wedded Wisdom
"Be yourself, and what I mean by that is, if you would like giant wool pom poms inside your flowers and around the tables then get it done. Why not? Who said you can't? I am pom-pom obsessed so I did exactly that. Your day, the right path and your guests will embrace it!"
