"As soon as I use it it was like I had fallen in love. It would be a beautiful, whimsical, lace wedding dress with stunning botanical embroidery embellishment around the bust. It needed a little bit of work around the neckline to make it a little more comfortable but it had been perfect and fitted with my boho, rustic theme wonderful."

"I've particularly inspired through the Arts and Crafts movement from the late 1800s. It's noted for its stunning decorative and fine arts and stood for craftsmanship using simple forms. Everything from the flowers and food to music was selected to produce a strong, unified look. It was rustic and bohemian yet planned to each last detail."

Adele and Alex met through internet dating and moved from London as much as Manchester 6 months after getting together.

"We met on a sunny afternoon in June. We had harmonized through a dating website so our first date was nerve-wracking but exciting. The attraction was immediate also it didn’t take very long for sparks to fly."

"Six months later we established inside us south Manchester. As the home of textiles along with a hub for music and art, it had been perfect for all of us. Fast forward eighteen months also it happened. We planned an evening in to watch the Bonfire Night fireworks from your back garden. Alex, inside a moment of pure romance and passion, chose to pop the question totally out of the blue! We stood outside looking up towards the sky watching the fireworks, using the rain pouring recorded on us all over again! It was an immediate yes from me."

"We kept towards the color theme of oranges and pinks. Ribbons were introduced for texture and my bridesmaids' prints were utilized in mine for any flash of the pattern. We gathered as numerous dried flowers as we possibly can to use as decorations in vases for the tables, within the church, and for the buttonholes. The beauty was we were able to take our flowers away around, and store them without having to worry about them being delivered around the day."

To complement her gown, Adele selected a delicate veil and, later within the day, slipped on the feathered ivory shrug.

"We wanted somewhere close to the village church to celebrate and also have our ceremony. However after we got there, we fell deeply in love with what it had been – a nineteenth-century barn with original oak beams inside the nature reserve. The beauty of it's the flexibility to complete whatever you would like."

The day was captured for Adele and Alex whose relaxed and informal style is perfect for that day.

"Laura was absolutely brilliant and completely captured the essence of our day. I knew the moment I saw her website that they would get all of the little details that people so desperately desired to be remembered. She was warm, friendly, and approachable – all of the things that I wanted, in addition to being an amazing moment-capturer. We wanted fun and flirty combined with cool and complicated; she delivered it in bucket loads."

"For the evening we hired, a band from London who has been super-cool and sounded so great live. We found them on and took a gamble on booking them without hearing them personally first. They were fantastic!"
